    When signing a contract for manufacturing/purchasing and processing materials that each consuming organization needs in common, a contract in which a unit price is set in advance and each consuming organization can directly request delivery or pay the price

    • Third-party unit price agreements are for commercial software.
    • Software developed for general or specific purposes, deduced as a product and completed for sale. (One SW product: divided into essential product, maintenance product, and customized product, and after contracting the essential product, additional contracts for maintenance and customizing products can be made)
    • Quality Assurance ( Products that have received quality certification under Article 13 or products that have been confirmed by the Minister of Science and ICT to have met the standards for performance and reliability of information protection systems under Article 28 of the Framework Act; Products that comply with the introduction requirements for each type of information protection system set by the Director of the National Intelligence Service under Article 68

      The head of a government agency, if the commercial software subject to direct purchase is a product registered in the general shopping mall of the national electronic procurement system according to Paragraph 3, Subparagraph 1, Article 11 of the [Act on Procurement Business] and Article 11 of the Enforcement Decree of the same Act Following Paragraph 1 of Article 1, the head of the Public Procurement Service must be asked to conclude a contract.
